Beauty must haves

With the temperature dropping and the sun setting a little earlier in the evenings, it's time to start switching up the beauty routine to prepare for the harsh winter months. Now I don't know about the rest of you but my skin certainly takes a knock when it gets colder. To prevent it from completely suffering throughout winter I start my winter beauty routine just before it's cold enough to wear a jersey throughout the day. I start using a different body cream, hydrator, perfume and I even keep it glowing with a little bit of help from a self tan. Recently I've started using one or two new products and I'm really loving the results. These are just a few of my current favourites.

1. Uriage - Thermal water
2. Sorbet - Body butter
3. Caribbean tan -self tan
4. Essie nail polish - Wicked
5. Ralph Lauren - Midnight Romance

A quick catch up

Lately I've been neglecting the blog a little, which makes me rather sad. Unfortunately though, I've just been so busy that blogging has had to take a back seat. I'm hoping this will change real soon, and that I can get back into the rhythm of things. Thankfully though it hasn't been all work, I've managed to have some fun along the way. Here's just a small photo diary of what I've been up to.

Treating myself to a at home manicure.

The beautiful dives from Pretoria to Johannesburg.

Enjoying this tiny and delicious smoothie at an event.

When your long weekend away starts like this.

Being surrounded by this beautiful scenery for four days.

The glamorous side to magazine work.

DIY bunny garland

Looking for a cute and different way to decorate the table, wall or fireplace this Easter? Well look no further because I've got a beautiful and so simple way for you to do just that, a bunny garland.

What you'll need:

Cut the bunny shapes out of the coloured paper.

Using the sticky tape and string,
attached the bunnies to one another.

There you go, a bunny garland.

As easy as that.
