Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place half of each Oreo in each of the cupcake cases,
with the cream facing up.
In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar,
cocoa powder, baking powder,
and butter until everything is combined.
Whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract together.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture
and beat until all the lumps are gone.
Divide the mixture evenly amongst all the cups.
Place in the oven and allow to bake for 20-25 minutes.
160g cream cheese
350g icing sugar
6 Oreo biscuits (crumbed)
Whisk together the butter, cream cheese and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the Oreo crumbs and ice over the cooled cupcakes.
