Getting together with the family for Easter and not sure what you could make for dessert? Well then I have just the idea for you. In celebration of Easter my sister and I felt inspired and decided to put together some egg on grass delights. Intrigued are you? I thought you might be. Have a look at what we got up in the kitchen with this delicious and inventive dessert. Ingredients 4 eggs 250ml castor sugar 1 ½ cups flour 15ml baking powder
½ tsp salt
125ml boiling water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Green food colouring
Preheat your oven to 180°.
Whisk eggs and castor sugar together until very light and pale.
Fold in the sifted dry ingredients.
Combine the oil and boiling water together.
Beat in the oil and water combo along with the vanilla essence.
Fill you paper cups and allow to bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
Mix together the icing ingredients and ice the "grass" onto the cupcakes.
