Fancy face

I love strawberries, avocados and grapes they are some of my favourite things about summer. What I love even more about them is that not only are a great edition to any meal, dessert or snack but they can also be used for revitalising face masks.

Strawberries are great for oily skin

Ingredients:
2 Egg whites
a little bit of honey
1 cup mashed strawberries
A few drops of lemon juice

Method:
Mix the lemon juice, egg whites, honey and mashed strawberries together in a bowl.
Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 10 minutes.
Rinse it off with warm water and pat dry with a towel.

Grapes are another great alternative for a face mask.

Ingredients
10 grapes mashed
2 teaspoons honey

Method:
Mix the grapes and honey together in a bowl.
Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a towel.

For a great luxury mask try banana and avocado.

Ingredients:
½ an avocado
½ a banana
1 tablespoon natural yogurt
1 tablespoon cucumber mashed

Method:
Mix the avocado, banana, yogurt and cucumber together in a bowl.
Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
